When during the wedding should the hat bar run?
Welcome parties and receptions are the sweet spot. At receptions, we open after dinner so the bar becomes the between-dances destination. For weekend weddings, the welcome party hat bar sets the tone for everything after.
Can we get patches custom-made for our wedding?
Yes. Names, dates, monograms, pets, inside jokes. Allow a few weeks for custom patch production; our curated library covers the rest.
How does it work with our planner and venue?
We coordinate directly with your planner on layout, timing, and power, and we handle our own setup and teardown. You will not think about logistics once.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
We are Orlando-based and travel anywhere. Florida destinations are an easy drive; everywhere else is a flat, up-front travel quote.
