How many hats can you produce per hour at a trade show?
A fully staffed station keeps a steady line moving all day. Pace depends on patch complexity and station size, and we spec both to your expected traffic. Tell us your attendee count and we build the throughput to match.
Can the hats and patches be branded with our logo?
Yes. Custom patches are the whole point. Logos, campaign lines, product names, mascots. We help you design a patch wall that makes your brand the thing people want to wear.
What does a hat bar need from our booth?
A footprint roughly the size of a demo counter, standard power, and nothing else. We bring the bar, the hats, the patches, the presses, and the people. Setup happens before doors open.
Do you travel to trade shows outside Florida?
Anywhere in the country. We are based in Orlando, home of one of the busiest convention corridors in America, and we fly or drive to shows nationwide. Travel is quoted flat and up front.
Are you insured for convention center work?
Fully insured, and a COI is available for your venue or show organizer on request. We have worked enough shows to know the paperwork drill.
